Together, we’re blending art and intention through hands-on workshops, unique handmade products, and thoughtful shopping opportunities. Each offering is designed to reflect Saje’s commitment to natural materials and conscious choices—while inviting you to connect, create, and recharge. As an artist deeply focused on environmental themes and experimental materials, I’m excited to share processes that celebrate beauty, sustainability, and personal expression.
Workshop – Valentine’s Day!
Cloud Buddies
Cloud Buddies is a hands-on creative workshop that blends colour, intention, and tactile making. Participants create a personalized Bag Buddy — a small, cloud-shaped companion inspired by emotional states and paired with a Saje roll-on blend. Through marbling, assembling, and scent pairing, guests leave with a meaningful object designed to support how they want to feel beyond the workshop.
What Participants Will Do

The making process is intentionally simple, intuitive, and accessible — no prior experience required.
One saje roller per person is included in the workshop fee. Additional buddies and rollers can be purchased at the workshop – collect all four! This workshop is designed for adults to have fun and get messy – participants must be over 18 years of age.

Terrazzo Aroma Stones
You’ll learn how to mix plaster and glass, pour into a variety of moulds, and wet-sand your pieces to reveal their unique terrazzo finish. Each participant will make 5–10 stones (depending on mould choice) to take home.
The evening also includes an educational session on how to use your stones with Saje essential oils, plus a private shopping event where Saje staff will be on hand as your personal shoppers.
All materials are provided (essential oil not included). The workshop runs approximately 2.5 hours. It can get a little messy, so please wear clothing you don’t mind getting dusty.
You can also find me in-store a couple of hours before each workshop for a special pop-up. I’ll be offering a selection of handmade, sustainable art products and will be available to answer any questions about upcoming workshops or custom commissions. What is an aroma stone?
An aroma stone is a porous or unglazed stone, typically made of pottery or other absorbent material (in our case, pottery plaster), that is used to naturally diffuse essential oils without electricity or heat. You apply essential oil directly to the stone, which then slowly absorbs and releases the scent into the surrounding air through evaporation, making it a simple, eco-friendly, and portable way to add fragrance to a room.
How it works:
The stone’s porous surface absorbs essential oils, and the scent is released gradually as the oil evaporates.
Usage:
Simply place a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the stone, ideally onto the designated spot or a special dish, and the scent will slowly spread. The scent can be renewed by adding more oil as needed.
Key features:
No electricity or fire: It provides a silent, smoke-free way to enjoy aromatherapy.
Simple and low-maintenance: There are no complex parts to clean or maintain.
Portable: Its compact size makes it ideal for use at home, at the office, or while traveling.
Eco-friendly: It is a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to electric diffusers.
Considerations:
The fragrance release is slower and more subtle than with an electric diffuser.
It is best suited for small, enclosed spaces where the scent can build up and last longer.
Using colored essential oils may cause the stone to discolor over time.
